hey guys in this video we cover how to deadlift more than 1x per week. This gives you some tips on how to increase your deadlift and a free 12 week deadlift program to try out with higher frequency. I've heard so many time you shouldn't deadlift more than 1x per week, however increasing my deadlift frequency is what got my deadlift through a plateau and hitting some new PR's. This approach has worked for me and tons of athletes I've coached so I figured it was worth making a video on. Enjoy!
