I mean realistically sprinting if you really put effort into it, I don't think it's supposed to be done after a certain age. I mean you really got to have everything in order your weight to height and it's very taxing

Wow, imagine that: barbells are better for barbell exercises than kettlebells. Your main point amounts inversely to stating that barbells are not as good for, say, swings and Turkish get-ups as are kettlebells. In other news, motorcycles are better for riding on two wheels than cars. Well done, Captain Obvious. ;-)

I'm a fat guy currently, but I'm aggressively losing weight, so I'm kind of worried about getting a belt knowing my gut will continue to get smaller. I was thinking of getting a cheaper belt that I fits with room to adjust down. My question is this: When determining a size, how "tight" should I squeeze the tape measure when measuring? Since I have fat I can make measurements vary wildly.

It might look funny at first but I guarantee you that's one of the best ways to workout. All you need is a training partner who's as committed to heft, horse, hoist and heave massive loads.
