How to: DEADLY Shot Fake Moves to Destroy Your Defenders in Games! [POST MOVES]

Remember that if you use the Jump Stop that 1 of those feet MUST stay on the ground and only the other foot (the one that is NOT your PIVOT foot) can move or you are traveling. And BIGS tend to get caught on those types of travels... they rarely get away with them. So make sure you practice this one and get it up to game speed before you waste a precious POST TOUCH on it. Get it to where you are ready to make your LEGAL MOVE right after the Jump Stop... and to make that move after a Jump Stop and Pump Fake. Piece it together so that those Transitions from JS to PF to SHoT flow smoothly. Also... you ought to have MOVE that do not require a DRIBBLE of a JUMP STOP too. Moves straight off the Catch. Turn Around Jumper, Sikma Turn and Face, Up and Under, etc etc. Ideally you should be able to get your Post Up in the spot where you want to start your Post Move. You shouldn't be looking to Dribble into your Post move every time. What if the Defender takes away the Dribble (and sometimes they will)... if they take away the Dribble how do you use your Post Moves to score? Good video. I subscribed today. I've seen a few others on this channel. All pretty good. But as this Post Up game is kinda my specialty on Offense I am now sure you know what yo are doing.
