I think it's really awesome that you took time out of your day to talk about this. You have probably helped so many people just from this video. A lot of youtubers don't like talking about this stuff, but I like how you're so open with it, cause you know it can help others. You are truly an amazing girl Alicia

I struggle with anxiety so much. The worst part of it is that whenever I start to panic I always feel like vomiting. But before I get to school I always tell myself "It's okay, slowly go inside and meanwhile take deep breaths." Thank you for this video!❤️

I am 1000% going to be trying out the finger drawing technique, so thank you for the idea! I have a severe panic disorder and I have around 4-6 panic attacks a day, so I have plenty of opportunity to try it out haha. Thank you for this lovely video Alicia, I'm so sorry you're struggling at the moment, sending you hugs! 🫂 🧡✨🎧

I totally recommend the mindfulness book "30 Days Without Social Media" by Harper Daniels or "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety". They're similar small books, either one will really help deal with anxiety.

Thank you for this video. Even if not everything will be helpful for everyone because, as you said, everyone copes with it differently, giving advice to young people on how to deal with stress is really noble. Not everyone publicizes the matter and it would be useful to make some people aware that they are not alone with this and can always seek help 🤍

(Sorry for how long this comment is!!) I don’t think I have that much generalized anxiety, I don’t really get super nervous randomly (for me I just feel a little uncomfortable a lot for no reason). But I do find I get really anxious about certain things. For example I’ll find something or learn about something I am feeling in my body or something that I heard and my brain will just stick on it for hours and not let me focus on anything else. I don’t really get real panic attacks either. The only real ones I ever had were caused by tornado warnings. The only problems I have are probably a little bit of social anxiety. I am almost physically incapable of talking to others and carrying out a conversation, it’s like I’m an alien who doesn’t know how the world works. Does anyone else feel like this? And I personally find that when I do get anxious, meditation and breathing really don’t help me either because then I have to focus on my body and that freaks me out sometimes! But even if I don’t have a real problem with anxiety like some people do, next time I get anxious I’ll be sure to try some of these tips because being anxious is an awful feeling, no matter how much of it you’re having. :) (Sorry for ranting, I want to know if anyone else feels like I do! Sorry!) Edit: holy cow, I did not realize how long this comment was, again I’m so sorry-

some qestion [PLS ANSWER ME ALICIA] 1.we can use vaslin in our face?? 2.we can use aloe vera gel and coffee safe for skin? 3.we can use honey and aloevera in our skin? 4.we can use olive oil in our skin? 5.we can use potato juice for eyes dark circles? 6.we can use rose water [hand made]?
@divvvvvvvvv
@divvvvvvvvv Жыл бұрын
ik that these questions are not for me but i can't let you put Vaseline on your face, even if you have really dry skin just don't, it can clog your pores(trust me, been through it). also aloe vera is good it might not work immediately but keep trying once your skin gets used to it its really helpful and everything else that you mentioned is fine for your skin accept olive oil if you have oily skin or combination skin.

Fr, I struggle with a Generalized Anxiety disorder, daily!😩 I even get social anxiety sometimes. I have experienced anxiety for as long as I can remember too!!😢 I also have autism & Fragile X Syndrome, which anxiety tends to manifest in girls who have that, which is pretty common, like me.🥲 I also have a moderate to severe anxiety disorder, which is grreaat fun for me.🥴🙃 The tips you gave are ALLL what have helped me & what do help me get through my problems with anxiety & to help me recenter myself whenever I'll be feeling major, major, very heavy, sinking, almost numbing feelings of anxiety.🫠😮‍💨 There was a time recently where I woke up feeling massive amounts of anxiety & feeling all kinds of panicky. On the way to school that day, I tried to do some deep breaths to help me calm down, but, it wasn't working. By the time I had showed up to school, I felt even more intense feelings of anxiety & that triggered me to experience a really, really bad panic attack. I was on the verge of tears. I was shaking soo bad, breathing really fast, & my heart was POUNDING HARD in my chest. It was awful!😫 It took me like 10 to 20 minutes for me to calm down, recenter myself, & to be able to put myself at ease.🪷🧘🏼‍♀️ They had to grab my teacher to come into the front lobby of the school, near the entrance so she could talk with me, my mom, & front desk person about what was going on. My mom, the front desk person, & myself explained about why I was feeling extremely panicky & having major, major anxiety. After that, I spent time trying to collect myself, with having a drink of bottled water, since I was thirsty, & being surrounded by support.🩷 After 10 to 20 minutes of what I experienced, I was finally feeling calmer & better.🪷✨️ Of course, I turned on music to listen to, so I could stay collected while I did my school work for the day. By the end of the day, I felt even more better, but, also had a tiny bit of anxiety left from that morning. But, I was able to recover fully by the time it was the next day. Lastly, I would also recommend these tips, including meditation for any one who may or do find it really helpful for handling their anxiety, & whatever else helps anyone who struggles daily with their anxiety. Have a great day/night wherever you are.⛅️🌙🙂
