Thank you so so much for this. My eating disorder has totally distorted my perception of my body & makes me tear myself apart. It's so hard to be positive about your body when you really don't believe those affirmations, but this video really helped me ❤️❤️❤️

I'm currently underweight and saw a doctor yesterday and I've lost a lot of weight and eat healthy but I for some reason don't feel that happy with myself at the moment and idk why :/ I hate being and feeling like this. Something that shocks me is Takashi from the band Dadaroma. Dadaroma is a visual kei band and androgynous looks and he looks very feminine and beautiful. He also is not super thin and that starts to crack at my eating disorder. I see him and I see beauty and not thin and beautiful. Personally I see him and it helps me in a way. A picture of him is my home screen on my phone to remind me that I don't have to be super thin to be beautiful. I know this sounds really weird, but it is true for me. I also like Dadaroma's music in general.

Heyyy!!! Myself Mannarsh. I recently started watching your videos on KZbin. Your videos were amazing and they helped me a lot to understand what basically eating disorder is. I really need your help. My best friend recently came to know that she is suffering from this. She hasn't told anyone else except me, so I am trying my best to help her but as u said in your video I can only support her I can't be her therapist. So today she said let's ignore it and I am fine and I know she is not. I am so confused about what to do now. I really need your help. I will be waiting for your reply.

+Hipsterl0l for sure :) the main thing is to just make sure you're eating enough. If you have trouble with the larger volume of food that you may need to maintain your weight, try adding in denser foods like nut butters, dates, meal replacement drinks or smoothies that you can add on to what you're eating. Make sure you're eating at least 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, and are having a good balance between all food groups.
