My video is the story of how I found out about my clinical depression and decided to start therapy and medical treatment.
I am still fighting depression, and every day feel much better! :)
I did not say it in the video, but I had also experienced panic attacks, chest pain, migraines, eating disorders for a while, etc.
It was a horrible time and I’d never wish anyone to experience that, even my worst enemy… :’)
