It's easier said than done buddy. The difficulty is not in communicating one's boundary but in assuming that other people are mature and sensitive enough to understand it and not get defensive (if they were not, they won't be 'difficult' in the first place). It all sounds good in theory but in reality, people are just too reactive and usually respond with passive aggressiveness when one is being assertive. Not to mention that if an individual has deep rooted insecurities and people pleasing behaviours, than the 'simple' act of 'communicating boundaries' feels herculean. Most people know what to do so your video doesn't really offer a new perspective, the main problem is executing it. So, when your video is about a topic like 'how to deal with difficult people' it should take into account the complexities and intricacies of being a human and not just spit out the most obvious facts which even chatgpt can tell you. So, the real question is- how to deal with people who take offense very easily, have little empathy and no capacity to listen to a perspective outside their own while also managing one's own insecurities and people pleasing/validation seeking behaviours.
