@@BULLIONMINER-gu2tm I dont know if i can count this as a success since i wasnt able to maintain a perfect daily streak, i was for the first month, after that i was focused on the goal still but not as a every day thing. I was still able to develop and progress overall a lot over the course of 100 days so i would, in my mind count it as a success because its still better than if i hadnt commited to anything at all :D

Yes, love the Seinfeld method! I’m thinking of focusing on exercising every morning. It’s incredible how one habit can ripple into so many areas of life. It’s funny how simple daily execution really is. I’m in the best shape of my life because I committed to meal planning and getting some sort of movement in every damn day for 3 months. The points you made here are so valuable. Just subscribed. Update!! This is my 16 days ! Still wake up earlier,and I add journaling after work out. Writing everything problem, every feeling and idea in that book, so I can control my feeling by myself without need to talking with others people again. That make my mental health to be healtier. It's more about sleeping early than waking up early, because the first one is the reason for the second to take place. Aim for a 8-9 pm bedtime, this timing represents the best quality hours of sleep, where even if you sleep 3 hours of it equals more than 8 hours of another time of the day.

yes, I practice Dinacharya (ayurveda routine) since september and I feel more energized and I sleep better (go to bed at 10 pm and set up at 6 am). thanks for your advice. Take care !

It's so true. Every time I finish working I find all the excuses to go home instead of going to the gym. Thank God, the gym is just one stop away from home. So I have to fight that second I think to go home and do my work out 🎉🎉🎉🎉 When I finish I feel so proud of myself 😂

New subbie after listening to this video. Very interesting as I just woke up to start a morning routine that never comes to fruition as I overwhelm myself with doing those four things in one morning (meditate, read the Bible, journal and go for a walk). Choosing one thing plus removing myself from social media for at least one week, I don’t think that I can commit myself to 100 days in one shot, are very doable. One week at a time is all my adhd brain can hold. Hard but doable. Thank you. God bless.

100% agree with 75%. Your not wrong.. most of us could improve the keystone, or if we perfected the keystone activity our delta items. Momentum. This especially great for 18 to 34. Once youve hit all the apex's one realizes one was aiming and spending time in the wrong jungles, and that is painfull

@@yashwantparab2843 I set an extremely low bar in the beginning. I made it impossible to talk. My first day was an 8-minute walk. I tell myself, “just walk for 5 minutes.” Even someone who’s sick in the hospital and had surgery is encouraged to walk. So I set 5 minutes as my achievable I matter what goal. Try starting with one minute and increase by a minute a day.
