@fredfrederickson5 жыл бұрын
It’s been a lot of stuff but overall frustration like he was talking about. I’m out of college for the summer and working at a gas station full time while hustling green on the side. Family needs me to make time to do things with them and so do my friends but I don’t have enough. It’s been real frustrating because it just seems like I haven’t had much control over how I spend my own time and can’t do the things I want myself to get done. Like this 4th of July I had to work and was running late but my parents invited to whole family over and they wanted to take pictures and stuff but I had to leave and didn’t have time, I barely had time to say hi to anyone but still did, and I disappointed them by having to go to work I guess. It’s just annoying having to do everything your friends and family want yet you can’t even do the things you want. I didn’t think this summer was gonna be like this and it seems like it’s slipping away.
@thehonkening15 жыл бұрын
@@fredfrederickson You just gotta decide what's more important and stick strictly to the plan. Prioritize things: what's more important right now? Time with friends/family or earning a living? Doing what they want or doing what you want? Be unapologetic when you have to tell people 'no'.

Joey fucking Diaz man you couldn’t have said it any better. I feel like I got better advice from you than I did from my mentor (he’s a millionaire that works in commercial real estate). For months I’ve been asking how to deal with frustration or what’s it all about in the first place and no one gave me the answer I was looking for. I’ve been frustrated for a while now but I’ve realized I just need to get to doing what I gotta do and stay focused on one thing at a time. Not trying to kiss ass but I really appreciate the thought and effort you put into these videos. I got a 10k run tomorrow and a shit ton of assignments due next week but believe I will get to it. Stay strong uncle Joey, much love from Houston.
