My husband passed away on November 23, 22. We were married for 7 years and he passed on his way to work. Very unexpected. At that point I did not want to live. He was literally ME. So I already felt like I was with him. I seen a medium named Carol Cottrell in SC only 2 weeks after he passed. The messages she delivered literally gave me so much peace. I had always been connected to those in the other side. Highly sensitive to energy. After that reading, I felt an amazing sense of peace, of connection to my husband that bypassed my grief in ways I never knew could exist. Now I am actually actively learning my husband’s language and a new way to communicate with him. Death is actually beautiful to me now. I’ve never felt more connected to my husband than ever before. Not even when he was in his physical body. So anyone dealing with the loss of a loved one I am here to tell you, we never actually die. Our loved ones on the other side want to hear from us and if you felt like I did where you “would do anything to talk to them again” well talk to them…. Learn their language (it’s almost like learning a foreign language). Practice, study and make sure you spread your knowledge to others as they embark on their journey of healing. Peace and love ❤️

Wow, I never knew my mother that well when she was on the planet, so I try to connect with the meaning of it all, as she was abusive And I was so terrified of her, I didn't realize how much I loved her until she was dead. I like connecting with the other side, higher self, Jesus, etc. And think anyone can do it and we're born with the ability because we are spirit, essentially. Then, recently, I'd thought about this lady I knew who was my x husbands babysitter when he was a kid, and the other day, as I was waking up, she was there, and held my hand, and just said hi, like she was happy to see me, and in a really highly spiritual joyful state of mind. The weird thing was, she seemed even older than when I knew her, and I could sense that she was blind. I hadn't seen her for awhile before she died, and she may have gone blind before she died in the rest home. I wondered if it was symbolic, like she appeared that way so I'd recognize her, she had alot of friends, or was she earth bound? It's all very interesting, and I'm still exploring. I read 3 of John's books, and found them quite helpful. He seems so "down to earth", if that's possible, in this sort of thing. Some day we'll be over there, but I'm glad we can find out more about it now. God bless!

I felt the same way when my husband passed away in Nov 25, 2017. He was also on his way to work. We were married for 23 years. Thank you for the wonderful post. I never thought about learning how to talk to him.

I honestly feel it depends on the type of death or tragedy that people will need therapy before a reading. I know for myself yes I needed therapy because my brothers death was an aweful suicide that ripped through the entire family which caused PTSD, and now 5 years later I seek for closure. I hope everyone who loses a loved one finds peace 🙏.

Please seek out a medium which you'll definately find closure once you've been connected to your brother 🙏 A medium is a bridge between earth and spirit world which is where all truth exists.....planet earth cannot offer this seeing that its a false reality.

I watch you years ago and finally found you on TV. I don't know if you will receive this. I am 84 years old and am all alone in this world. I lost my youngest son 3 years ago at Christmas. I am having a very hard time adjusting to his death. I have 3 other children that do not want anything to be with me. As a child I was told I was cursed when I was born. My life has been very rough. I feel that God has turned his back on me.

Sorry I don't agree with people having to go for therapy before going for a reading after a beloved passed....I went to an extraordinary Medium 3 weeks after my Mother passed which turned out to be more healing then 10 years of therapy so sorry John not everyone fits into the same mold which you should know by now!!! I ended up healing deep seeded wounds because my Mother came through with not only apologies BUT offered valuable info regarding my subbings as well which we ALL BENEFITTED BY!

I just saw John in person a few weeks ago at the Luther Burbank Center. It was really incredible to watch and be apart of the gathering. So many different people from all walks of life, coming together into one room sharing a very genuine and heartfelt intention- to connect. I’ve had many people close to me pass away over the years, it never gets “easier” and with each different person comes a completely different experience and mourning process. My fiancé died suddenly this last December, life has been excruciating, the biggest tower moment I’ve had yet. I went there with a big Hope of having my partner come through and speak to me through J but shortly after I sat down and started to settle in, I got my message (internally)… ”Not today sweetheart. You are here to observe, learn and hold space for those who need it”🤍🕊 I was honestly kind of pissed to hear this, but I understood. I so appreciate and respect the work John does not just for the messages he gives but for the guidance he shares, encouraging all of us to EVOLVE our connections to our crossed over loved ones… YOU ARE THE SHIT JOHN!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you 🤣💜🙏🏼

Every single one of us on this planet came from Spirit, and to Spirit we will return. The manner in which we Die does not matter. The manner in which we Live does. Live each day as if it is your last, with abundant Love and forgiveness from deep within your soul. Live each day with the knowledge that all whom you love and left before you, will be there to greet you and help you to move forward to the other side. I am, and You are, and Love Is All That Matters.

Everyone has psychic ability; it's up to each person to open themselves up to it. Research the works of Edgar Cayce. In the Bible, people grieved (cried) for 30 days, even longer, after a loved one died to get everything out of their system! The reason we have tear ducts is to help release the pain!

Actually, we need tears/fluid to keep our eyes healthy. If anyone has ever experienced dry eye, they absolutely know this is true. However…… There’s so much we don’t know. None of us do. We don’t have to “choose” one or another. We can have both or all of it if we choose to do so.
