If someone tells me something negative, I turn it into a positive thing. Someone or even yourself may tell you 'You can't do that' or 'you can't do this.' Anything in life is possible as long as you want it. Nothing in life is hard, because once you learn it, it becomes second nature

What if I love the person bringing me down? I know I don't want to end up like my mom did but I don't want her to hate me for disobeying her and doing what I want. Plus, even when I am mad at her I have to remind myself that she's my legal guardian and I can't do much without her consent. I go to university next year and I really want to at least apply at places abroad that I know will benefit me more than the ones in my own country (Pakistan) but she's not too happy about it. Mainly because she believes girls have no life without husbands obtained through arranged marriage and no one will want me if I go abroad (which I honestly don't give a shit about). I really don't know what to do anymore :(

how can I instantly become chilled person with a chilled life like everyone else in my school. In class of anxiety symptoms I get about the situation i'm scared of the most I mentioned to your first response, and how I can get the better out of experiencing nerve-racking sensations as I feel like normal place like this I supposed to go shouldn't be scary that I have to constantly manage anxiety throughout my life?.there is something I've been dwelling on, and that is I always feel the need to constantly exercise very regularly, as I constantly have a sense of nervousness towards every challenge in general, and I just feel so reserved and unsettled in school .Without it,I struggle to get out of my head as i'm just sensitive towards it as my stress just gets collected as long i'm there..Please let me know what you'd recommend the most self-caring and healthy way to overcome school anxiety,and if i'm doing the right thing?Would consistently managing anxiety regularly will help me overcome anxiety in the short-term and long-term?I always exercise after school,which is 4 days in a row doing cardio but at the same time I feel a big impact of keeping me calm just a good habit in the short-term according to the anxiety symptoms go through?How do I overcome school anxiety and balance exercise for my well-being and just a good habit in the short-term during school term which is about 2 months with a week or two break.How should I carry out my exercise habit intelligently in order to make a big impact on my mental fitness and balance exercise for my well-being , or am I doing the right thing considering my exercise habit plan?How can I carry my exercise habit in a effective way when I have a job as I won't be able to get breaks throughout the year and a plan when I become old. At the same time, i'm worried because there is a fact saying that the more intelligent I become, the more lazy.I want to feel prepared and not too reactive.

I've been feeling nervous being in school for a long time and been bullied often.Without it,I struggle to get out of my head as i'm just sensitive towards it as my stress just gets collected as long i'm there .What are your thoughts on exercise,and how often should I do it to stay mentally fit?Do you think my approach to inner-confidence building is ok,or any calming strategy won't benefit and will just suppressing nervousness and i'll be more reactive when I stop doing a habit like this.Do you think managing anxiety is acceptable.After about a year,i'll reduce exercise sessions a bit .Is my approach alright?Please give me an in-depth recommendation and advice for me on your thoughts about my comment and how to solve it .especially school where a teacher might pick on me to answer a question during lessons-or any out-of-comfort zone situation - and it gets overwhelming and my chest suddenly get shocked when I get called by the teacher.when I have to think and every-one is anticipating and lots of other students in the class will get awkward towards me?Plus,responding nervously will make things make others can get cocky and awkward whilst i'm feeling uncomfortable to the situation i'm facing .How do I feel comfortable to these kind of situations, and can't think under pressure?How do I feel prepared and get too reactive?2 people have questioned me if I was autistic.I just feel nervous being in school for a long time of symptoms creeping up as I can get unsettled easily and been bullied often. Rafael is my exercise habit is ok throughout my school term about every 2 months like 3 times a week,two break due to school holiday as it makes a great impact on making me physically more relaxed and feel less tense,more secure?Exercise feels more efficient for me do and can properly do it as i'm an overthinker,and aspie world autism youtuber recommends autistic people to exercise 3 times a week . Exercise is actually known to be a form of external meditation as it is another time where I can properly disconnect from my nervousness without a lot of attention.Beginners would find it easier to do external meditation before I do internal meditation as I listened to the collegeinfogeekpodcast on how to deal stress to your advantage.What are your thoughts on my preference and how long should I carry on doing daily meditation in order to overcome anxiety?I exercise on sunday to get me settled on monday,monday 30-minute walk as on tuesday lessons I feel less unsettled as my teachers from that day are less interrogative and demanding and,wednesday and thursday is the most unsettling days as I have french and physics and both teachers do pick on the quiet people like me.I leave exercise on a Thursday as I feel like a half an hour walk will be enough.What short-term advice do you recommend me to consider, and in general for a person like me?This is based on my anxiety symptoms comments I made on your video on how to deal with hater and trolls.
