Outstanding explanations. Much appreciated. Love those high value target clips where isk doesn’t buy them the easy kill. Fought a Maulus Navy that was blinged out and had a 6 solo kill streak going. My alliance caught him 30 min later on a gate and 3 frigs and a destroyer melted him and his shiny pod. Beauty!

My preferred kiter killer is an Incursus. Double overdrive II, double prop, scram, Neutron IIs with Null. Nobody expects an Incursus to come screaming in at 5,000m/s, it turns off your MWD with the scram and then they outrun you with the AB, even if webbed. Plus it's an Incursus, so any kiting ship that it gets its blasters into dies a quick death.

I have a Dual Prop scram TD Slasher with an overdrive and hull tank. 2500 EHP and goes 6,000 m/s. It's so useful to have tossed around the warzone.
