Beautiful! We can see that Yosef is like a type of Yeshua the messiah. First he was sold to Egypt and even got into prison, not because his own faults but someone elses.. Why can't I get it right? What am I doing wrong? Earlier this year I was thinking about suicide. With my depression I come to feel that if I'm bad the devil will leave me alone to do as I am, BUT if Im doing right he'll throw everything at me. I learned from Jonah that in the midst of my struggle I called to G-d, and He answered me. Just like with a paycheck, no matter how little it is, I budget and I plan and I save and give. G-d gives me for the budget not to be a hassle but a key and a map to my solution and there G-d needs me to go. Keep spreading G-d's word

This is such an important part of history. Joseph's graceful forgiveness did not take away the need for his brothers to repent, or they might later do something much worse. The Bible says Judah was there and suggested selling Joseph rather than killing him, so in that sense he along with Reuben saved Joseph's life.

I can relate the farmers protests happening today to Joseph ruling the Egyptian warehouses. At the same time God is planning our country's citizens to be more faithful and less depressed because years of bounty and years of poverty are switching it seems. We have to think about Gods plan and why he is doing this to understand the motives of Dutch people. We tend to be emotional. The bigger plan is to make Europe into a we-society, from the individualism and basic state we were in. It had a place too, in a developmental, cute way.

Joseph was a vizier, a prime minister. It's very rare in stories where a prime minister is a good person and doesn't keep on plotting for more power (you see this again and again, either the prime minister represents the court or really just the prime minister steals the throne from their kings). Joseph's imagery is so beautiful that he's almost, if not the best, the perfect symbol of stewardship--while yes servanthood is nice, but it's always been tied to slavery, stewardship on the other hand is the motif that I kept on seeing in the bible, stewardship of the things that God has entrusted to you, Adam first thing then lots of characters, then King David and then later on Jesus.
