One option you didnt cover: Medium punch target combo into DR down light kick will catch you not blocking low if you try to super or DP and its a true blockstring.

That is very true! Although if you do a crouching DP input you should be safe. But yeah, super or charge input DPs can technically get beaten by this.

You can input crouch block after the super or DP motion. You need to have fast hands tho

Nah man, you did it yourself... however, Diamond is not really Diamond. It is the name of the rank. In comparison, I would say that Master is around the level of Super Diamond in SFV which make Diamond around Platinum to Super Platinum.

I’m honestly completely fine with people doing drive reversal every time. To me it’s a plus for Marisa if I can get you to spend 2 bars of drive gauge whenever I want to.

Another thing you can do. After 2LP x3 blocked, immediate 4HP. Same with max range 5MP. This is great when you play Marisa's that nonstop mash 5MP.

pretty sure juri dp also works like rashid's, thats all i do atm but it loses to fully charged punch, seems to beat everything else. jumping is a great idea that i will be using to make marisa players start thinking, good video ty!

A buddy of mine punishes my parry by going into armor and then command grab. I know it’s not a true cancel but if I parry I’ll eat a punish counter still I believe… any tips on that?

It's similar to her throwing you with a regular throw. She's punishable when she doesn't cancel the target combo into anything, so you can punish her before she can even activate the stance. And when you've already committed to the parry and you see that she didn't cancel her target combo, you can try cancelling into Drive Rush to avoid getting punish countered. During the Drive Rush you may also try doing something invincible to interrupt her command grab but this may be risky. If you didn't parry but you're also scared of trying to punish her target combo, then you can also walk forward and throw her as soon as you notice that she didn't cancel the target combo. You will punish counter her during her stance. Hopefully this makes sense.

@@jeako777 you're testing it with st. mp target combo cancel into OD gladius right? well, either they changed something or i'm labbing it wrong... edit: tested it too, apparently Ken can delay the OD shoryu for a bit and it will beat OD gladius, same case with Ryu.. but yeah you're right, it won't hit if its done immediately

Well man, nice breakup... but this is still the BnB of pretty much all the blockstun situations. IMO, if you want to do a Drive Reversal, then you should only do that after a parry.
