In today's toxic climate, negative propaganda spreads so much faster and farther than positive stories of truth or honor. We can't move forward if we mindlessly consume programs that divide us. Don't engage with divisive people or ideas. That toxic energy will drag you down. It's time we move toward unity. These voices are notorious for contributing to toxic masculinity, subjegation of women, validation of exclusive gender roles, and invalidation of spirituality, out of the box thinking, and unity consciousness. label me negative if you want but I think awareness of their histories is important. @@kiarapullen4298 I'm not sure that's relevant. You have a rich dude bragging about how happy he is when people are out here dying during a pandemic. Seems tone deaf. I don't put it on Kevin or Rogan. He's happy and I'm happy he's happy. I just think those 200 million reasons are relevant especially when you're preaching positive thinking during a time where people are being massively fucked over by things that will never touch him. Medical bills, vaccine access, safe living and working condition to name a few.

That’s pretty much more realistic, accurate and respectful than anything said in the podcast. At least Kevin did get around to saying he doesn’t put people down for being in a bad place with negative feelings... because everything he said before that wasn’t accurate. I’ve witnessed several situations in my life when “positive” people screwed up other people’s lives by being so numb with serving their own success they didn’t notice what they were doing to others. They also didn’t let anything, including the truth about their lack of empathy and recklessness... get in the way of their “positive” attitude. Kevin’s idea that “negative is cool now”???? is the opposite of what I’ve observed growing. I’m plagued by young hip numb pseudo-experts faking it until they make it on the job, then when I try to repair the mess they’ve made neglecting the basics for a chance to use their jargon and impress people, they imply I’m negative and shouldn’t worry. Meanwhile, when I come back from vacation I always get all the complaints from the experienced workers that things were turning chaotic. Sure.... when we write on youtube comments it’s negative or a waste of our time, but some who rely on youtube for wealth yet put down negativity are contradicting themselves. When you want others to feel they shouldn’t give an opinion, things always get worse. If you’re famous and successful? Great. Terrific. But don’t tell us that all of us can just switch on to positivity. You’ve obviously had a different life equation than others. Even if you struggled like some successful people did (Joe and Kevin both worked hard).... some of us, at the time it would have helped most... had similar ideas, maybe even better ideas.. but never felt it was okay to try. There are reasons for that. It’s not just talent or knowing. You’re not born “knowing”.

I honestly mean NO disrespect towards your comment TweenyGee, but I personally believe that expression is A number one rout to how people become way over confident or “conceited”. Maybe I’m wrong but it’s just from my perception in life with comparing myself to my yesterday self I start thinking others should live up to better speculations especially when the person is content with theirselves. I’ve learned to find good that’s within myself and never stop looking for ways to help ones in need of it.... DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO A DAM THING nor ANYONE for it is pointless, it will end up an endless goal that’s usually impossible to reach, and if you do reach the goal, you realize how much everything you chased in life, left a giant void inside and you won’t understand..... Now the fact that people are so misguided or become defying to one another but nobody understands how or what to do!?!?!? This is what’s NOT FAIR in my eyes

I work with so many negative people. I do not understand why. I am always positive even if I don't feel it and not intentionally. I just feel like it's easier to be positive then to be negative to myself and others. Interesting enough my boss noticed it and during my evaluation she told me that I was a treasure because I get along with my co-workers and keep a positive attitude. That made my day!

I'm a mirror and a lense(its something in my personality disorder). If I'm around happy, positive people, I absorb that and then magnify it out all around me. Sadly, the same is true for negative as well. I've removed most of the negative people around me because I dont want to feel ill and suicidal anymore. All I have to do is wait, people have been drawn to me, in groups, for decades. It's just taking longer right now. They are drawn to me because they say I am original, I'm authentic, I'm not faking anything, You're being yourself. Yes and at huge social price because a lot of people dont want that, they want you to be as fake as them so they dont feel like they are missing out. It took me a long time to learn this but now I do, my personality tends to repell those sorts of people over time too. Wish I'd known this 25 years ago though. Might not have much time left to do anything with it. BPD has a level limit according to the research, we live til between 57 and 65. Well, I'm not gonna make that easy. I'm gonna see if my Spanish genetics from my Mother's side, where most of the women lived well into their 90s aside from a couple is STRONGER than what science says my disorder will do. We'll just have to wait and see. It's gonna be one hell of a ride :)

I love what Kevin says about his family. It seems to me that so many comedians really go through life seeking love and yet they can't change themselves into loving people in order to receive the love they want. Bitterness, anger, disappointment linger with these people as they achieve higher and higher heights of success. Kevin has achieved everything he could hope for in comedy, but his pride is in achieving the thing his heart longed for from childhood, to love and be loved.

people want to see negative things to make sure that they are in a better place. They dont want to feel alone that they arent the only ones going through bad things.

There's a difference between someone being negative intentionally and someone being negative, because they can't help it. They may be depressed and when you're depressed you tend to think about all the negative things in life and this can sometimes become a habit. Try understanding the reason why they are that way and then get them into learning about new things that peaks their interest.

It's so hard being married to a "grinch". This evening I did the simple act of offering some deliciously scented hand sanitizer I carry in my purse to my husband after a trip to the grocery store. He turned my act of kindness into a negative. "That's stuff's bad for you, don't give that shit to me, blah, blah, blah." I have to consciously activate my positive forcefield to deflect that negative hard hearted shit I get from him on a regular basis. I choose to shine on when he tries to bring me down to his level. If I didn't I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

This is so true. At 13 years old I looked at my family in a fake jovial moment, and right then I had an epiphany ‘This isn’t who I want to be’. I think a lot of people complicate it. Sometimes it can be as simple knowing what you don’t want, that is contentment too. The bubble is such a great analogy. I have been in one for so long I didn’t even realise. It’s got a lot of dings in it from those who fear difference and change. But it’s still there 👍

This was the interview that changed my life more than norco for my chronic persistent headache, I didn’t understand how he was finding the light in dark tunnels, I thought because of other people suffering for years it is impossible, I was comparing myself to other people and was believing that I was too not never going to find happiness, it took getting covid and dealing with my headache to understand reality, society and the perception of pain and negativity, I feel like yoda the Jedi, I feel like in 1 year I’ve aged 50 with my mind thanks to this interview and some other philosophers, finding the light can be compared to finding food when you’re stomach hurts, grasp to things that make you happy not miserable that is how you find the light and relief to suffering. I’m unmedicated now and have been for a year and 5 months, I suffered in the beginning unmedicated but in time I eventually found the light, you can only find the light through finding happiness, happiness is the best pain reliever

This is the video. Only two months ago I saw this video. In that cold night, something sparked. I have never felt happiness in over five years. Now? Now, I wake up. I wake up with a positive attitude and that *soberness* -- NOT intoxication of depression -- just annihilates every ache in my body. Bad things happen. I overcome it. I am stronger, and I get stronger every day. I have the happiness and self-worth to get work done. Compared to my former self, I am a superman. I get to focus more on the things I need to do rather than comparing myself to the people who are more skilled. And, believe it or not, that's what humility is made of. Self-respect. Thank you all, After Skool, Kevin Hart, Joe Rogan, and whoever taught me how to live life again.

"No one will ever do or say anything to you that is not a direct reflection of how they feel about themselves in a moment. People project onto others what they don’t like about themselves. Yes! Finding positivity always! ☀️❤️ Wow! I am blown away by your words that match exactly the message I have been working at spreading for years! On the same page. Perfection does not exist. I learned that in my masters degree and it changed my life. Liberated me like nothing else from the mental prison society had put me in ( and billions of other people). If you look for/ expect perfection… you will always be disappointed. Turning my back on that BS and walking towards doing my best and looking for what is positive in everything ….was one of the greatest things ever! Very impressed with this interview!
