You've helped me a hell of a lot as a person who struggles with constant anxiety and self-loathing, now I am chille asf. I used to analyze everything if I would hurt someone and how everyone is against me. I came to the conclusion that you don't have to run away from yourself and from the reactions of others. Lets just grow and have this calm discussion or expressive one, but simple reaction that is in acqurate place in timing. Sometimes a trait is unusual for someone or associated with something at their individual stage of life. This is none of our business, not a reason to worry. Distance to ourselfs is a great thing :)) Sincerely, thanks!

I feel like once you get out of high school people generally start being a little bit more mature & don't even want to put in the energy to mock you even if they find you mockable. Lots of people going through their puberty phase need to hear this though

Nope. A lot of immature narcissistic toxic people in high school stay stuck in bully phase and toxic society awards them. Toxic society sees someone who appears as "confident" and loud as competent. That is Dunning Krueger Effect. People who are competent are insecure in themselves because they are competent and they know all the dangers and what is not safe. Idiots and psychopaths don't care for safety - and this turns on a lot of people with low IQ. And then in adult world - we end up with idiots like Trump as president or serial killers like Putin in charge of nuclear state.

@@wesleynunes3747 "my coworkers found out I'm a virgin who've never kissed a girl" How did they find that personal data? Watch what you are talking to people - personal data is shared only to close friends. Not people at work or anyone who appear as friend on surface level.

when we all get humbled and mature we don’t give a shit anymore, we all get our own shit to tackle now. Nothing else ever matters then.

@@kemeishMotherfukish "humbled and mature we don’t give a shit anymore" “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” Attributed to Edmund Burke, including by John F Kennedy in a speech in 1961. Burke didn’t say it, and its earliest form was by John Stuart Mill, who said in 1867: “Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.” Thanks to Andrew Marshall.

I had the same experience bro, honestly I'll put it this way: There's is bullying that comes from a good place(friends testing you, trying to help you removing bad habits, awkward behaviour) and there's malicious bullying where people don't stop even after you changed and won't even give you the chance to change, good hearted bullying normally stops around the type you correct a certain behaviour.

I've been going through this all my life. I have a huge friend group in high school and they've been doing that shit to me all the time, they're always insulting me and it's getting physical. I tried to ignore them when they said that shit but now that it's getting physical I dont know what to do. I'm so angry and sad at the same time and I can't ditch them because they are the only friend group in my highschool that can accept me. I tried to tell them in the past to stop it like really seriously, they stopped for a few days and then they did it again. I guess you can call this bullying

Being offended and triggered is trauma and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. This happens when we are in toxic ambient with toxic people who boost their confidence by putting attractive and good and nice and friendly people down. Instead of shaming ourselves for feeling triggered and having RSD - it is better to accept and validate ourselves and not base our self worth on other people reactions. In your case, you are obsessed with destroying any part that appears as sissy and feminine - in order to appear strong and courageous. Paradoxically when we try to be confident and strong - we end up looking and appearing and needy and clingy and feminine and sissy. The paradox is when we accept ourselves as we are - we will be both confident and strong - because we won't be triggered by other people's comments and their stigma and labels. Other people are not insulting and teasing. Normal healthy sane people do not do that. Only abnormal and sick people do that. You miss this information. You are convinced that all people are great and amazing and friendly and nice as you are and hence you must serve and obey and validate others and never hold them accountable for their abnormal evil brain. Some people are evil.. Many people are abnormal and really sick inside. If we look at someone who is laughing and mocking us as criminally insane predator who will burn in hell because they are abnormal and sick in the brain - it is easier to shift focus onto better people who are healthy and sane and normal. You keep saying in your videos that our reactions are sick and abnormal and that we must discipline ourselves. That is Jordan Peterson mentally ill approach of narcissism and psychopathy that does not work in real life. It only end up as he - being alcoholic and addict and fascist monster. - Carl Jung | Psychology and Philosophy 🧠, TWITTER: The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Deficiency motivation doesn't work. It will lead to a life-long pursuit of try to fix me. Learn to appreciate what you have and where and who you are. Wayne Dyer

Looking for practical solutions in psyhcology is futile. Psychology can only diagnose or describe the problem, but it can't solve it which is why psychologist are usually unehalthy mentally. Jordan Peterson is a "fascist"? We have a very different definition of this word it seems.

@@aaaaaa2206 I agree with the first part. CBT is totally wrong approach - and believe it or not your god Jordan Peterson is the follower of such toxic psychology that you have described. He is spreading narcissistic CBT around - the desire to label other people as crazy and then parasite on their confusion. This is why there is anti-psychiatry - which is not against the psychology but it is critical of toxic people within the psychiatry. Like Jordan Peterson.
