For anyone not already aware, another reason this e poke is as strong as it is is becase of how minion agro works. Since Nasus E is an AoE "skillshot" it doesn't actually make the enemy minions agro onto him so Nasus can literally stand right in the middle of the enemy wave if he wants to and won't be punished by them for poking enemy champ.

@@yez1062 a long time. Only single target point and click abilities like brand E, auto attacks, tf gold card, things like that will draw aggro. Things like Mundo Q or Nasus E for example, do not. The thing about Nasus E in particular is that despite being a "skill shot" it is basically impossible to miss. And you can hit the wave with it at the same time if you want.

Don't forget that E shreds armor, Alois. You should be opening with E before your first Q, not after. You're missing a chunk of damage by not shredding half their armor.

Kinda depends because if your Q has a low CD, opening with Q may allow you to get more Qs off thanks to better spellweaving (low cds first, high cds last)

My favourite top lane ranged counter personally is tahm Kench maybe because he's my second most played champion in general. But I always smile seeing a Kayle when I'm Tahm Kench. Especially as I often go exhaust ghost so the second you hit a lick you w in and secure free kill with ghost exhaust every time.

Fun fact about nasus Q: you can stack towers, wards and enemy summons as well. Using your Q also cancels part of your E animation. When walking up on a withered target press E then Q as soon as the circle appears on the ground.

if u wanna be more of a piggy with nasus top. First strike, cash back, potions & insight with resolve revitalise and ather resolve rune of preference (i like demolish for plates). Build Iceborn with fimblewinter, spiritvisage and steraks/sunderers sky depending on enemy teamcomp. no boots cuz u want lucidity early most of the time. ur build is cheap asf, even cheaper with the cash back and the extra 20 gold per E tag. i feel like the entire inspiration tree just adds more value than sorcery. runs rly well into any lane that is hard early. darius etc too cuz they just cant play. the second u get IBG u can just 1v1 them straight.

i was playing clash back in like 2019 or something around that (when yyou could build ZZrot) and after seeing that my opponent's main was teemo i've insta piicked nasus split push, the most disgusting buiild someone could ever do on nasus at that time (2 doran rings, rush zzrot, max E and keep clearing the whole wave), poor guy had no sustain and wasn't able to kill minions because after the zzrot i've buiild banner and nnegated his entiire kit on a cannon miinion. Good old times

Mid laners and adc come top to abuse their range against people who want to play tanks and bruiser, cause they can't win or have good kda in the lane their champ is suppose to play. Ranged top is literally a selfish play style where you just want a good kda as a sacrifice you take utility from your team in hopes you stomp lane so hard you can carry. But playing passive , a poke top laners or even the rare jungle with a brain is a hard counter to ranged top. It's pretty sad honestly
