How to Deal with Rude Customers

I needed to watch this, after experiencing my first extremely rude potential customer. I called her out on it, and glad I did. I will have to see this person occasionally, as we often cross paths, but I'm well prepared for any future confrontation. In the future, I'll simply walk away and let that person continue being their angry little self. It's not worth it.

Thankyou for your good advice. As a gardener Occasionally I get rude customers. I prune them from my business. Ive enough nice customers to keep things going. Dead wood is not worth keeping😂.
