3:56 I really agree that because of taking In so much filth the heart does become very hard that we don't care and realize about our wrongdoings but still at some point many people hearts are hard not because of this but because of their matureness and the hardships thay they have faced that made them emotionally strong (this is just my contradiction and dosent justify Mr. Nouman 's explaination) JAZAKALLAH

Regular fasting helps. Then getting yourself so busy that at the end of the day you don’t even have time, energy or feel to go on questionable websites. Also regulate what you consume on social media and what people you follow, what kind of music you listen to if you do, what shows you watch. When I started to practice I even told my friend that I don’t want to hear details from her bedroom (to make sure I don’t feel like I’m missing out on something or so). It sounds extremely hard, but you will find such peace 😊
