Excellent info! Would love if you could interview an Asian therapist and discuss the Shame/Honor/Fear that is part of the Asian culture. Asian shame is at a whole other level than what non-Asians understand. Thank you.

YES! MY H is Chinese so his childhood trauma is from suppressing his emotions and needs and pleasing his controlling parents.
