I have a small doubt while introducing some fields in Uipath form we have mentioned "Company Name" with proper space but while at the output the json format is different but the tree structure should remains same right.

UiPath forms can be used in all those scenarios where we need to collect some data from a user to complete some automation! For example to book a flight ticket, we need to collect informations from a user, we can create a form and show it to the user to fill it. Rakesh, even after installing the package, I am unable to see the "Create Form" activity in the Activities Panel. Why is this so?

Hi, you can find "create form" from the place where you create a sequence, workflow, flowchart, state machine. you can't find it from package.
