I've got 10 lbs to debone, & am so glad I chose your video. I grew up on a farm & remember killing chickens in the fall with my siblings (we were young teens), then dunking them in boiling water to defeather them before singeing to remove the pinfeathers. We would process about 30-40 each year. This is perfect for my Korean Chicken recipe.

I gasped out loud when I see that bone being twisted out of the drumstick. That’s the bone I’ve been wrestling with for 15 minutes each before my lunch. How could I have missed that? Thank you! You are a genius!

This is awesome and I can't wait to try it. I was in awe when I saw you remove the bone from the leg. I didn't know such a thing could be done. Thank you so much for teaching and sharing. Thank You for taking the time to make this video. I have been buying chicken in quantity leg quarters and freezing them to save money but, this time I decided I wanted some boneless thighs and regular drumsticks out of some of the chicken. Of all things, I am the daughter of a professional meat cutter(aka local butcher)😆my dad would say WHAT? You have forgotten how to cut up a chicken?? Well,..if you don’t use it…you lose it. 😆 Your instructions were clear and precise and my leg quarters came right apart!!! 👍🏻

Just did this to a family pack of leg quarters. The toughest part is cutting the drum socket out to get that small bone as I removed the thigh bone first - mistake. Also used needle nose pliers to pull the tendons from the end of the drum. Will truss and indirect grill/smoke them tonight. Thanks!

They were absolutely fantastic but for some reason I don't see them anymore, and I live in a city with tons of Thai restaurants. On a another note, I also used to be able to bone out a whole chicken.
