That Power Clean by Gabriel @2:06 is so good. I've seen it so many times. Like a damn gun going off.

Yoooo it's the tall guy back from death! God damn kettle practice. My judo instructor's motto has been for a few weeks to do shadow practice reps (hip throw) while the kettle boils in the morning, telling us that if you don't drink coffee or so, now is the time to start. And the bus stop is reserved for either leg sweeps (de ashi barai) or jerks...

What about an old veteran with an embarrassingly bad squat; where the squat is just a little bit above the bench (ATG of course - no squat-mornings)? I have this friend who does a shit load of squats, with good form (as far as I can tell) , but the progress is just lacking. More or less frequency doesn't seem to matter, except too low frequency sees regression. Talking about a friend, of course.

Any comment or advice on hip adductor training? Probably not something focused on for gymgoers, but anecdotally speaking, I've had issues with them.
