I would like to purchase some of the Pentart shiny decoupage but am Leary because I live in Michigan and some products I’ve purchased were ruined due to freezing. Do you know if the cold would effect it? I know it has ruined some paint and glue I’ve purchased.

What other products work besides the ones you use? Gets pricey buying new things just to make these shells. Elmers? Modge Podge? Craft glitter paint?
