What muscles are used to sit straight with strong back? I sit like you and it's 100% erector spinae spasm time. They don't know "squishy" lol. Got the proximal part of hammies to fire based on your last tip - after trying for a month! Thank you so much for these super informative shorts!

Sitting can be a lot of work! Its possible that you might be straightening too much for what your body can handle at the moment. I find that if you can do a lot of wiggling while you sit that can help a lot!

You can start with some of your lower leg and then work towards heels!

Do you have any video discussing back pain around bra line area. Dont know if it called upper back or mid back. I get back pain around bra line right after full squat breathing or doing tasks like sewing where I round my back.

When I try to lift with proximal hamstring it feels like my front core stomach muscles tense up really tight. Is that okay for the exercise?

Hard to say without seeing you! See if you can just contract the proximal hamstrings without your abs firing and then add the abs.
