How to Defeat Parade Master in Lies of P (Easy Kill)

Parade Master is one of the hardest bosses in Lies of P and after dying countless times I found a cheese strategy to easily kill him without having to fully engage him and lead him to his death. The video explains how to cheese him.

Something I've not seen mentioned outright - the second phase was killing me. Eventually realised my sword was degrading so was causing much less damage as the fight went on. Sharpening it up really helped. Took me about 30 attempts and eventually killed him by staggering then doing the fatal attack.

I feel like such an idiot after watching this, I died to this boss like 30 times and all I had to do was roll into his attacks, all other videos said how I needed to perfect parry the second stage so I didn’t know I could just do this. It took me a couple of tries but I managed to do it thanks to this method

Ok I’m starting to do that. But the swinging of the sword is not very responsive. It takes a couple clicks and there’s a delay and can only swing once. In the video, he’s swinging endlessly and rapidly. It’s not allowing me. Then when I dodge, there’s such a big delay. This game is all……off. I can’t beat this guy.

Tried actually rolling towards his attacks like in this video and beat him after about twenty tries. As well as actually staggering him at half health and then punching hum to death. Thank you for the advice!

I tried this and beat it in the first attempt using the strategy so I won’t be complaining about this, I did it before but ended up restarting because I picked the wrong class for me, new to soulslike games so had been finding chapter 3 a mad struggle

surprised you didn’t mention using the electric items as that’s quite the cheese and may help more people that aren’t great at melee or can’t learn the dodge mechanic properly.

I try 23 times to beat the first boss. At 25rd Im going to give up the game for today. Idk why or how I beated bloodborne or dark souls 3 but those games gave me nothing but stress and frustration. Kinda sad because I love the worlds in thoses games but they keep giving me frustrated and not fun times

What do you mean by “roll into the attack”? Using the actual roll/dodge function? I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve died fighting this boss. However, after I took your advice of charging him out-right, I’m dealing significantly more damage. Just can’t seem to finish him off

Yeah, roll/dodge into his attacks and you should go right through nearly all of them!

It just straight up does not work for me and this isnt my first souls type game. Best advice is just to parry all the attacks that you can and use throwing cells and the electric blitz abrasive, which you can buy from the merchant near the gate. Rolling into his attacks is bad advice

The throwables is fine advice for him, but rolling into his attacks is pretty darn effective except for the few attacks that I mentioned in the video on when to back up.

Yeah this, I bought 3 of the electric bombs and that alone took his health to half, then I just went ham on his ass, still about died because I was SUPER aggressive but still got him. Fuck this boss

practice the dodge techniques with common enemies to learn how to do it properly. its more a dodge than a roll. i did that and was able to use it more effectively against him. also using the electric buff and throwables is highly effective and makes it go faster.

Just started playing this game last night on PS5. How are you swinging the sword so fast ? My buttons are not responsive at all when I want to dodge. I’ve never had this problem before with any game where the buttons are not very responsive. A huge delay. I switched my controller and the same thing. What am I missing ? Also, when I block, my energy bar still goes down. ???

Appreciate the video but it didn’t work for me after trying many, many times. I keep getting hit on the rolls. Level 20, Dex build. I’ve fought this guy like 100+ times. Watched multiple videos. I’ve finished all the dark souls type games so I’m not unfamiliar with this genre. Don’t know what it is about this boss.

This is the starting weapon for the dexterity build so it's probably a bit faster. Hope this helps!

BS video, he's obviously using mods. Count how many times he gets hit without taking any damage. "rolling into an attack" still damages you, unless you're using mods.
