Talk about hair spray over spray on the Judge with the flirtatious hands...very sexy! The bank could not prove having Assignment of any mortgage, could not prove equitable transfer of the note yet Kohn took on the case knowing it had no standing. What BS when the lower court allowed a lost note but could not prove it up. The fact finder obviously is jaded and people pay on debts that they don't legally owe all the time. Making a payment on a debt doesn't mean it's proof that you owe the debt, Mae was correct in challenging the debt because she proved that she didn't owe it when the creditor could not prove it owned the Assignment and could not prove equitable transfer. Mae's attorney is cool as a cucumber, he scores high points for suave appeal!

Just totally ridiculous I can't believe since 2009 it took her them that long so I'll go to court over this and it was up in the air it's no wonder she didn't pay I wouldn't have paid either. They live there they maintain the house so they are paying to live there they don't get reimbursed for their expenses they had high utilities and things to pay too. You know sometimes you got to say oh well you know take a loss. How to solve everything out of it with securitization for no and they would have found it if it was so they would have found it every time that it was sold.

Dam I wish I had a lawyer I found all the proof in 2013 that how they stole my home. This really upsets me because I couldn't afford a lawyer due to ssi extremely low low limited income.
