Is it possible to to import net classes with clearances over an ascii file or something in altium?

It is possible to import and export design rules, but I do not know about net classes. Maybe there is something with templates that you could use, such as in a PCB template?

​@@Zachariah-Peterson Now with the new Constraint Manager update(s) this is no longer possible. This, as well as defining classes with Directives and Blankets. Killed a very very useful feature, now the suggested way to go is to FIND OUT what nets are to be put in your net classes and add them manually. What about importing Constraints (like it was for rules)? What about PCB Project Templates???? I really really don't get the thought process behind this change.
