Hi, First I must say I love you videos and you locs. When you interlock your hair do you do it with the extension on?

Thank You So Much!! Yes I interlock it with the extension still on. When I’m pulling my loc through my root, I have my latch hook right where my knot is. So it goes through smoothly when retightening. I hope that made sense. I’ll do a video soon on how I retie my hair ✨

Great Job! I love your finished results! I would love to see you do a retie with the extensions added. Do they get caught or give you any issues? Do you feel that the process of retie now is longer with the extensions than before you added them? Do they add any extra work to your retie process? Hello thank you so much! When I put on the extension, I make sure that the density of the extension match the Density of my loc. so it doesn’t get caught when I do my retie. If you make the extension more thicker then your loc. you will run into issues. I have a short video on my TikTok about doing a retie on my microlocs with extensions. I’ll post on here soon. The retie process does take longer with the extensions on because the loc is longer 😊

Hi, what is your natural hair curl pattern? I want to add in hair extensions in micro-locks but I don’t know which extensions to buy which will match my natural hair. My natural hair is 4c

I have tight curls. I never really knew my curl pattern. But I believe it is 4c. My extensions curl doesn’t match my natural curls but it all kinda blended 😊 the website where I got the hair has 3 different curl patterns. This one is the loosest pattern ✨

Hi I had someone do this to my hair based on your initial video. I absolutely loved it initially but now the ends are matting and dry. Do you have any suggestions for nightly upkeep?

Hello how long has it been with your extension? I had mine in for a year. I didn’t feel like it start getting dry until 11 months. But even then it was still soft. When you go to sleep I suggest splitting the hair in 2 sections and putting it in a loose twist and tucking it in a bonnet. Washing the hair can help soften it by Getting all the product out. But don’t wash it too often. Find a good leave in conditioner. And lotta body helps with defining the curls. A paddle brush to help detangle the curls

My hair is permed and 10 inches roughly. I put plaits in it and plaited all the way to the ends for locking up...not worried about it unraveling since its micro size, but I waaaas thinking about adding wet n wavy to the ends just for fun... this evidence of a similar look has me considering doing it forreal. But im tired enough from putting the plaits in myself. 😅❤..maybe ill take my 3 hybrid days and do it slowly lol.
