Hello 🩷 this style I would same is a long term style. With this hair you can go 1-2 years but eventually you will have to replace the curls. I loved this hair. Very low maintenance

I would finger detangle my curls every morning ✨ and refresh my curl every 2 week or so. Using a brush that has the ball at the end. Water and lotta body mousse. When I go to sleep. I would put my hair in a high bun or 2 loose twistes. When I washed I would mainly wash my locs and whatever shampoo ran down would get the curls.

😊removing the locs or removing the extensions? If I were removing my locs. I would just cut my locs off 👩🏾‍🦲. And removing my extensions I would just cut the bottom where I did my slip knot.

🤩 Yes!! Just comb the bottom part of your loc a little bit. Get a inch of loose hair from the bottom and add in the extensions!

I’m planning on doing this but not with a structured grid. Just middle and side parts. The rest would be unstructured micro twists in those parts. Did you do the same

I love that plan! When I did mine, I made sure I had a middle part going from the front to the back. Also side parts. I knew I wanted small rows everywhere. So the front I did 15-16 rows on each side. In the back I did my rows slightly bigger but still very small. Lately I have been combining a few of my back locs because I feel like I have too many locs.
