Hello @gertletoy it is maybe one of the most informative video that i saw, i have one problem I will be very glad if you help me, it sounds like when i swimming dynb i can swim 75m easy, but on 30m my brain starts dissuade me even if I don't have contractions. What is the solution to this problem?

hi! swimming underwater is quite different than static apnea. They key in dynamic is to focus on your technique. You have to be 100% focussed on your finning technique, posituon of arms, streamlining, your (possible) glide - depending on which discipline you're doing. No visualization as described in this video, but pure focus on technique!

Can you differentiate between a contraction and an accidental breath during an “empty” lung dry breath hold? I’m not sure if I accidentally breathed or not due to a strong contraction.

keep your mouth shut. a contraction does not affect your mouth. your stress levels however might cause you to do all kinds of things. learn to relax.

@@gertleroy my mouth is always closed, I hope it’s enough. I hope I didn’t breathe accidentally during my personal best and training an ruined them without noticing. Thanks for the reply!

@@user-im9wy8iv4t there is no such thing has "I hope...". There is only calmness and control. Either you know what you're doing or you don't. Stop paying attention to the wrong things and learn to relax first.

@@user-im9wy8iv4t those are the wrong questions. go back to the basics. learn to relax. dont do empty lungs yet you need to start with the beginning which is full lungs. watch all videos in my Playlist BREATHING techniques for freediving 🙏
