Wow, usually I have to sift through at least 2 or 3 garbage tutorials from Microsoft and other know-nothings, but once in a while, I happen upon a legitimately useful one. Wonderful explanation. Although I could not find a way to go to Airplane Mode, I came up with a way to coerce Windows to let me set up a local account. VERY convoluted - thanks Microsoft! You best do it one at a time. As you can see, it would not take long at all to delete 5 accounts. When using the method two, you only need to enter the commands once. Simply pressing the up arrow key will recall all the previous commands you entered.

I accidently disabled admin accout. Can't run programs as admin anymore. When I select run as admin the only option I can select is "No", there is no "Yes". When trying to enable in "Computer management" it says "acces denied". How do I reactivate my admin account? :(
