How to Delete and Merge Partition in Windows 10

Extend Volume option toh kaam hi nhi kar rha.... !!

I did the exact thing on my friends computer cuz he needed to merge partitions, the only problem is that once i deleted the partition D there is still no option on partition C to extend. Any ideas? Should i try in safe mode or with Windows instalation media?

Do you have free or unallocated space on your C drive?

@@easytechclass a bit of a late response but yes. Also i figure it out how do fix it. In my case my main disk was splitted with C partition, 2 partition reserved by Windows and D partition that had only documents and downloads. But now my friend wanted delete D partition and merge it. However if there is the Windows reserved partition between the C partition and the unallocated space(old D partition) Disk management and even Disk part cannot merge that unallocated space with the C drive anymore. At least from my research. So i ended up using 3rd party software to fix my problem with partitions. Hope this helps someone. Software i used was AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard
