@@washingtonluismenezes7815 That's the problem. The fact that we even HAVE to watch a video. It should be simple and intuitive enough to be done thru the phone itself easily. You have to use a PC or download an app! That's not simple.

just use 2 fingers to select all contacts you want to delete, then use 1 finger to hold down and it will ask you if you want to delete all contacts selected
