Either i just go in and get a pump with the same excercises i been doing or ill take the week off just depends how i feel but more definitely need to learn stimulas to fatigue ratio and know when to deload for their body

I have a left shoulder Impingement would a longer deload of a month or so help with that healing/recovery?

Depends on whats causing the impingement if its just trigger points in the shoulder a deep tissue massage can help if its in the joint itself then ya more time would help

No because when you start training with your current faulty mechanics the pain will come right back. You have an imbalance if it’s impingement.
