Hi when I press my button it doesn't work yet it makes coffee but won't descale need some help please

@@renekuhn2116 this seems to be a common problem with the sensors. Try using the cleaning feature and then stripping it down and giving it a deep clean and letting it air dry completely. Failing that, try resetting it and going again. I’ve struggled with this on the machine shown too so if I find a more effective fix, I will let you know.
