Everybody is right, the video make me dizzy, ganda ng presentation dahil ilang daan na ba ang pinapanuod kung mga tulad ng ganito at alam ko na ang halos lahat ng mga detalye ng bawat gawa at palabas at minsan nagcocoment ako kung ano pa ang dapat gawin or alisin or idagdag, sa maiksing video nato ay dapat hindi mo masyado pinabilis dapat lahat ng mga gagawin mong video ay ung tamang bilis lang ung natural upang masundan, mas lalong kaakit akit at kaaya aya sa mga manunuod dahil daming interesado sa mga ganitong malilit na bahay, ganda at congrats at good luck, GOD BLESS AT MABUHAY..

I think that the design could be improved if (1) the position of the couch and dining will be interchanged, hard to imagine watching tv that is on your left side 😂, (2) change the stairs into ladder, not only saves space but alsi ditches the dangerous winding stairs, and (3) since it's just a loft, then why not just treat it like a mezzanine, in that way the loft headroom will not be too close to the ceiling.

1. The dining area also serves as study/office space that is why it is beside the window. In my opinion, eating and working with a nice view should be experienced all the time. It will encourage imagination and can produce happy thoughts. You can also put the TV on the loft area, the couch will be additional sleeping space. 2. The normal stairs design provides ample kitchen and storage space underneath, safer to go up and down for adult persons. 3. It is a loft house, the front area looks spacious with the 'high ceiling'/ open part. The design is limitless, I can share more soon! Thanks for the comment.

@@archeed I agree about the stairs being safer than a ladder and creating more storage. If someone wants a ladder I'm sure a plan can be altered to accommodate. As for the tv, you can use a pull down screen and projector like they use in skoolies and vans. I would pass on the tv since I don't watch it, but that's just me. I also like the big covered front porch. If you live in a small space it's good to have the option of an open space. A porch swing would be perfect hanging on one side or the other. Overall I love the layout.

Why put windows in the front side , if the roof is gonna cover it?

Hi, thanks for the comment. The windows/transom on the front serves as air ventilation. To make the house passive cooled.
