More than tips, these are essential recommendations if you want to achieve a layout that could be not only beautiful, but also efficient and comfortably livable. My wife and I, for example, recently found that our lighting design was, in fact, starting to affect our eyesight. We decided to order an Arco lamp from Manhattan Home Design and things have improved a lot, but we want to continue to fine tune the details. Thanks so much for the video!

I'm not a huge fan of the sofa and chairs, but overall the living room looks great! The last tip you gave I think is really important. I've been living in my aparment for about 5,5 years now and there are still some (smaller) things that are unfinished, like lamps and such. I don't want to get just anything for the sole reason of having something. I'd rather wait until I find just the right piece.

Great tips! I love your style, you have a very lovely home. I made a mistake with installing gray laminate floors in my condo. I live in an area where real hardwood floors are not recommended. I've tried warm up my space using area rugs with creams, beige and a warm gray but it still feels cold. I have warm wood tones, pillows, etc. Any suggestions? I can't afford to replace the flooring. I love your videos!

Ah that is a tough one. We almost went with the gray laminate floors too but opted to keep our original wood. I'd recommend just getting larger area rugs! Especially for like the living or dining areas. Large area rugs and then put your furniture on top of the rug. It could add a very cozy but warm element to the space

I personally find modern to be both warm and cozy. I hate the stupid brown boxes they've been putting everywhere for the last 100 years, they all need to be bulldozed and replaced by the new open modern homes, they're incredible.
