Hello, thanks for your question. The seat plan creator is part of the ICRTouch software ecosystem, you can find out more information on our website: www.icrtouch.com/products/ticketing. Once you have set up your seating plan on TouchOffice Web, your customers will be able to choose their seats and purchase tickets via your ByTable app or website. Please watch Part 5 of this video called 'View the seat picker in ByTable'.
