This was very fun to watch. Thank you for sharing your progress and roadblocks! I would've felt a little disheartened to continue after adding the first layer of color, wondering why it looked so flat.. The lesson I learned from your video is to paint in layers :)

Sander, I loved this, thank you! Painting is really an example of where you have to trust the process, because it changes so much as you go. I learned it from painting miniatures for wargaming. They're very different from flat pieces of wood, but the process works just the same. They too look flat and disappointing after the basecoat, but are transformed by the end. Thanks for letting me know!

I know I’m a bit late to this, but I really liked this! I’ve also played tears of the kingdoms and it was amazing 10/10! The tutorial was very helpful as well love your vids like always! 😁

Robbie, late doesn't matter, I'm always glad to hear from you! I still have the final battle to fight in ToTK; I got started playing Baldur's Gate 3 and I'm totally addicted!! Still playing Fortnite, of course, and enjoying the OG season because I started Fortnite in Season 4 and I spent many hours playing on the original island. If I recall correctly, I think my Drift mask video may have been one of the first places you left me a comment!

i Wanted to know if you could make a head stone for a grave yard, would it be possible ? The reason i ask is my son died in may the amount they want for one is so much i can not afford a decent one , Would it be possible to make one out of resin or epoxy with a laser cutter?

Deena, I'm very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, my laser cutter wouldn't work on any material suitable for a headstone. I'm sorry for your loss.

Love it but *looks at painting steps* ain't nobody got time for all that 😜

Nyetloki, you are right, it does take a lot of time, probably about 4-5 hours to paint this one. Has to be a labor of love, like for a gift or in this case, a topic you really love. I just put on a playlist I made of all my favorite game music and it's kind of like meditation!
