I love your videos!! They honestly help me a ton!! So my aloe just starter propagating this summer and it gave me 4 beautiful babies!! However 2 of them died and became limp!!? They were all in the same pot as they are not very big. So i have no idea what happened! Any help or tips would be great!!

I'm envy of your plants, it grow healthy and chunky then has babies ! My 1year aloe plant never had baby since I got it, maybe it adhere from sand that I layer (2inch) to avoid g-nuts . I do indoor plant's since I leave in a building and 4season weather

Most of the pups would come from the trunk of the Aloe vera, only few would come from the roots. Try covering the exposed trunk of your plant with soil to encourage pups to grow.

Also my first aloe vera plant seems to be doing much better than it was when I bought it but one single small leaf was loose and looked bad while the rest looked okay. I tried to cut it off but pulled the whole little leaf out. Should I check the rest of the plan or wait a little bit and see how it does?

I have some aloe plants and saw that they're growth had been stopped but I didn't know why that was, so I stepped to KZbin and came across to your video's that made me decide to go check the roots from my plant and saw that it was completely rotten and decomposing so I cut it to the trunk and removed the old dying leaves from it, it's really tiny now like a baby aloe😅. I repotted it in some fresh soil and I hope that it grows back to how it was and bigger. How long do you think it would take for it to come back to 'life'? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your video's eventhough you don't speak directly it is very thorough and understandable. Thank you💕 I someday hope to have an aloe garden of my own☺💕

The leaves of my aloe vera are thinning i took the plant out of the pot and the roots were perfectly fine.can you tell me why the leaves could be thinning? and they also get sufficient water so.. ..

Same problem. Even went to buy sacculant potting mixture removed ot from direct sunlight to partial. The new leaves are healthy looking till they become big that's when they start to thin and curl only at the top parts of the leaf.

How do I know of I need to cut the root ball off my aloe? It is dying from overwatering and from the wrong pot type/size and soil. The leaves are turning to mush, falling off and drying up as well. I took it out of the pot but the root ball does not look rotten like this one in the video it looks more dry. Some roots still look healthy. Do I need to trim or remove it before trying to repot? Thank you! I’m a total newbie and don’t know what I’m doing.

I want to see a clear photo of the top of the plant, maybe the leaves will grow back. If not, you can still plant the it back and wait for the pups to grow. You just have to trim the leaves - but before trimming the leaves, show me first a clear picture of the top.

Most often, 3 days is enough to dry the rot, but there are times when the rotting is severe, it will take one week.

I never realised that my Aloe vera plants have root rot, The leaves are extremely thin and and TOTALLY not stable, now i need to re port them after cutting the roots... Just a quick question, does aloe vera plants need a more dryish soil? or healthy and nutrient rich soil? Also i have a problem, The aloe vera plant contently produces pups when i do not have much space to plant them, so i thought that the plant gives much more energy to the pups than to the leaves... Is that true? Thanks

Unlike other succulents, Aloe vera thrives very well in loam soil, a healthy and nutrient rich soil. If you want your Aloe vera to grow bigger in a container, always remove the pups that grows on the side. I do that every 2 to 3 months.
