i do have down tuned eyes too with double eyelid, and it looks good imo.. because its proportional on my face 😅 if i have "up tuned" eyes or monolid, or almond eyes.. it wouldn't be that good because its might not proportional or harmonized with all my face features (nose, lips, cheeks, etc) ❤ we need to be grateful more

my eyes were slightly down turned when I was a very, very young... not so much anymore, but when I was first started using eyeliner (you know, before I was any good at it), I'd smudge a ton of it under my lower lashes in a way that made the corners of my eyes look slightly more downturned than they actually are. my mom said it reminded her of the way I looked when I was really little. not that this enthralling story is all that relevant, but I'll never forget the first time I used mascara: Mom would always say to me and my sister that she was envious bc we inherited Dad's beautiful long, dark eyelashes, so "you girls are never gonna need mascara!" (not that anyone _"needs"_ mascara, but you get it, we knew what she meant). so I applied some black mascara I found in the bathroom at school (gross, inno but I was 12, I didn't have manybbbdidn't really give af) before going to church for all the sht we always had to do there on Wednesdays. both my mom and a friend noticed that I looked slightly different - enough to comment, even! - but it was so subtle that neither of them could tell _why._ my friend had been looking at me at dinner and out of nowhere exclaimed "OH! you must've gotten new glasses!" bc she noticed _something_, just not exactly _what._ Mom and I were on kitchen duty afterwards, and _she_ said "wow, you look really pretty today!" (moreso than 'normal' cuz Mom always thinks I'm beautiful ❤), & after Autumn's comment, I knew the slight difference was just that tiny bit of mascara that was subtly emphasizing my eyes. if there's ever a serious apocalypse and I'm somehow one of survivors, I'll be making mascara and eyeliner out of soot. it won't stay in place as well as real makeup, but embers that've cooled down are harmless to the eye. 😊

The fun thing is that Ann Athaway don't have outercorners going down but her lower lashline is what give this ilusion😂. And don't worrie if you cant find ur eye shape, is because you have mixed features of diferent eye shapes e.g: round +upturned,;round +downturned;almond+deepset;almond+protuding;almond+lowset eyebrows;etc.

Monolid should not be considered as eye shape... it just a kind of eye varying on eye crease and presence of epicanthic fold.... Monolid eyes itself has different shape
