Respected Sir, very nice How to crossexmin legal medical expert in the case of 307 while FIR is made/written 10 days later and medical is done and completed 12 days later to counter and denied the Actual FIR actual FIR of 323 and to make it crossed case when High Court desposed it as crossed case and the both must be trialed together.
