Thank you very much for these videos, I'm learning a lot. I have a question. I recently bought a Pro 100 and it came with black, gray and light gray cartridges full, but the color cartridges are empty. Can I print photos only in black and white?

no. you need all the cartridges with chips above empty to be able to print anything.

Jose, I have seen people using Windex to clean out their cartridges. Is there a chance any Windex residue will affect the ink?

Not if you rinse the cartridges out well with water.
