Help me out someone! My hair is very thin and I get a lot of hair fall. I have had this problem from years now when I get my scalp so greasy and oily . It's what I would call as dandruff. Like yk when I go to shower, it's so oily and I get this stuff even in my nails. While my hair is very frizzy and I don't know my hair texture. I know it's WayV. How diplomatic. I have oily acne prone skin and a very dry scalp I thought it as dandruff and was ketokenazole shampoos.. My dermatologist diagnosed it as just dry scalp gave a hydrating lotion and I don't have dandruff. Visit dermatologists personally instead of following you tube

Well I thought I had dry scalp but my skin is oily, T-zone and ears especially! BUT, I have dry itchy scalp with white flakes but the flakes are small and large so i don't understand what I have. Coal Tar made it worse if that helps.

Dandruff - Ketoconazole shampoo 2x a week. Dry scalp- Conditioner on wet scalp preferably everyday, followed up with serum/moisturizer on damp hair.
