it’s got a magneto on the flywheel that with magnets makes it send an electronic signal to the magneto and through to the spark plug

How do you get clutc springs back on to reassemble? It’s kicking my ass!!😂
@gdengineering-restorationv2113 Жыл бұрын
We used a pair of pliers that we were able to clamp down at certain points making it easy to put the spring back on. Hope this helps :)

Hi, I have a question, does these engines need engine lubrication oil ?
@gdengineering-restorationv2113 Жыл бұрын
The oil is mixed into the fuel, ratio of 5:1

I put a 50cc Honda Postman bike motor in a pocket bike and it goes 4x as good & heaps faster than these 49cc elcheapo Chinese things. These 49 cc jobs overheat real quick and their carburetors are rubbish, but these motors only cost $50 to $80 bucks brand new, so they are not bad for the cost.

How do you change oil to that engine?
@gdengineering-restorationv21132 жыл бұрын
The oil is mixed in with the fuel. Ensuring well oiled engine components, however this leaves alot if smoke in the exhaust fumes
@mapogt2 жыл бұрын
@@gdengineering-restorationv2113 Is the crankshaft lubricated with the same fuel oil mixture?
@gdengineering-restorationv21132 жыл бұрын
According to the manufacturer, and personal use. I use a separate lubricant for the crankshaft however the oil/fuel mix does lubricant it throughout its use

@@gdengineering-restorationv2113 Thank you for answering! Is there somewhere that I can find a manual for this engine?
@gdengineering-restorationv21132 жыл бұрын
Not a specific manual but if you use KZbin videos people pretty much should the ins and outs of the them. Since they are all very similar
