Can you tell me what part (4 pin) you twisted off on the right side when you are facing? My M600 is missing that. The 4-pin connector and the wire runs to the front of the unit.

So, bought this at a local dealer here in New Jersey. I have the m600. I used it 3 times last year and 2 times this year. Now the robot just died, and is unresponsive. I am taking it in for service tomorrow. Incidentally, I am not sure why, but the technician said that this isn't one of Dolphin's best units. Sad, I got nearly 2,000 US Dollars into this robot.

Hello, here in Italy we work well with the Dolphin M600. I can't tell you the reason for this defect. Perhaps you are using an extension cord to power the robot?

what a poor design to have to remove all that to replace something that should be user replaceable. The m-600 is very expensive and the app sucks and now this.....wow.
