Thanks for the video but while doing that I figured out that you can unscrew it from the middle it's tricky thoe hope it helps

What brand and model is this ?

That is not the part of the shower that is leaking. Water is gushing from the hose that connects to the shower head. I don't know if it needs a washer or a new hose.
