In this video, Tim demonstrates a way to not only discover your breath. He also explains how to discover the truth about the movements you make, whether or not your nervous system likes them.
You'll want to save and share this one.

This is so good and I love how you say it can apply to all of your videos. I can attest to that with singing also. My singing teacher taped me breathing one way and then breathing differently with my tongue and mouth placement. One froze my voice while the second released my voice. He re-taped my voice to sing it a third time. The difference was outstanding, and I would not have believed it had I not heard it. Plus I told the Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurses about your pelvic floor videos to help others isolate and connect their breathing. With admiration and gratitude, regards Raymond

Where have all the viewers and comments gone??!! I'm slowly but surely watching all your videos and giving myself time to test and digest. So far soooo good! 👍 From a singer's (and a human being's) point of view, this is correct breathing. I love how you make it quick and easy - and funny! 🤣🤣 - and absolutely spot on. Keep doing your thing! I hope you're well 🐦🎶❤

Out of all of your videos (alot!!) this is my favorite & the one I share most often. I’ve gone back to doing resets with my tongue on the roof of my mouth. It’s so challenging but I can sense my nervous system calming down. I have been trying to restore my natural vision for awhile & the nervous system is a key component in order to relax the eyes.

Tim, I’ve roamed the earth like Cain in Kung Fu seeking answers to my quest of becoming healthy and strong. I’ve jumped from workout to workout over many years. I have to say your methods are so unique, yet simple and enjoyable. The clincher for me was your one arm one leg push-up video. You did that so effortlessly that I said to myself, “self, I need to listen to this fella’s voodoo.” I’ve been practicing my OAPU and the resets, plus daily practice of breathing has helped me tremendously. Surprisingly I find if I just focus on my breathing, instead of tensing my whole body like I’m trying to pass a kidney stone, I actually have better control, strength and range of motion. Anyway, forgive the rant. Just want to say I’ve bought your books and support what you’re doing. I’m about your vintage and I am a “combat athlete” so this has really helped with my daily recovery at work. Thanks again and God bless.

I finished Discovering You last week. I have the Daily 21s for Vitality posted on my wall and I'm doing them as best I can. The 2nd set is too hard for me right now. I am also exploring info on breathing. I am already WFPB sos, but I am now chewing more and eating away from screens which is nice and boring at the same time, lol!

@@OriginalStrengthSystem because it isn't fun or cool looking. most want flashy moves with music etc. i remember your videos from back in the day with Neupert. Bring back some feats of strength like your 135 pound Turkish Getup. Hate to say it but I get motivated after watching what is possible and having what you need to do to make it possible make sense. On that note I need to get back to crawling and rolling.

I misspoke in the video and used captions to make fun of myself. Breathing is 3 dimensional and thinking about breathing out of your kidneys helps you to breathe into your back. Thanks for the subscription. I hope you find the channel helpful!
