Hi, I took the top off following these instructions, to remove a difficult paper jam. Now I have put it back together, the machine won't power on. Please do you have any idea why ?

Can you suggest how to fix the paper pickup. The printer won’t pick up the paper even after the roller we’re cleaned. It it’s basically brand new never really worked right

something stuck might ne in the paper pickup gears. check this gears manually with your hand , it should rotate smoothly with your hands force.

@@BilalKhalid gears move easily. It seems like there is not enough tension of the pickup wheels on top of the paper. The pickup wheels just spin no mater how much paper it put in the printer

My Printer is not getting on. no light no response after initial start. how and where i can fix it?

it means printer is initilizing, it should stop blinking after initilized

Yes check scanner cable. Remove it and re-plug it again and check
